Who we are

Nexaura is a web development and automation business based on Salaatta Road, Wellampitiya, Sri Lanka. If you have a question about your information, email nexauraaitech@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp +94 75 018 7145.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

Your name, business name, phone or WhatsApp number and email address.
What you tell us about your business and the service or package you're interested in.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or by phone.

We don't ask for payment details on this website.

Customer accounts

If you create a customer account on this website, we keep:

Your account details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and your password, stored only in a scrambled form that nobody can read.
Your projects: each project's name, package, progress and any notes we add for you.
Your quotes and invoices: their amounts, dates and payment status, and their PDF files.

We keep this so you can log in, follow your projects and download your quotes and invoices, and so we can deliver and bill your project.

Your account, projects, quotes and invoices are stored in our database at Supabase, and the PDF files in private Supabase storage that only you (when logged in) and we can open. Emails about your account, such as the link to confirm your email or reset your password, are sent through Resend.

We keep your account and everything in it while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it together with its projects, quotes, invoices and PDF files.

How we use your details

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, deliver and support your project. We don't sell your details or send you marketing messages you didn't ask for.

We don't share your details with anyone else, except the services we use to run our business:

WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose a reply on WhatsApp, the enquiry form opens WhatsApp with your details so you can send them to us.
Supabase: stores the enquiries you send through the form on this website, and customer accounts with their projects, quotes, invoices and PDF files, in our secure database and private file storage.
Resend: if you choose a reply by email, emails your enquiry from the form to us, and sends customer account emails, such as the link to confirm your email or reset your password.
Email (Google): for emails you send us.
Vercel: the company that hosts this website.

These services handle data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 2 years, then delete them. We keep customer accounts while they are open, as described under Customer accounts. We keep client details for as long as we work together and as required for our records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use advertising cookies. When you log in to your customer account, we set one cookie that keeps you logged in; it is only used for that and is removed when you log out.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, including deleting your customer account. Email nexauraaitech@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +94 75 018 7145, and we'll reply as soon as we can.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, for example by adding a new service, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
