Basic package questions
Is there really no monthly fee?
Yes. You pay once for setup. After the first free month, you pay LKR 1,000 only when you ask for a check-up or maintenance.
Can I add more products later?
Yes, up to 50 products, from your admin. For more, upgrade to Professional.
Can customers pay by card?
Basic is cash on delivery only. PayHere card payments come with Professional.
What happens when my shop grows?
Your store starts on free hosting. If it reaches the free limit, you upgrade to a paid hosting plan. Your .com domain is free for the first year, then you renew it yearly. We remind you before either is due.
Can I upgrade to Professional later?
Yes. We build on your Basic store, so your products and orders stay.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo, product names, prices and photos, and your delivery areas and charges.
