Why is there a monthly fee?
Every AI reply and business WhatsApp message has a small running cost. The monthly fee covers a set number each month. The first month is free.
Does the AI make up answers?
No. It answers from your products, prices and shop rules. If it is not sure, it passes the chat to you on WhatsApp.
Can it reply in Sinhala and Tamil?
Yes. It replies in the language the customer writes in: Sinhala, Tamil or English.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
Yes, a WhatsApp Business number for your shop. We help you set it up.
Can I turn the AI or messages off?
Yes. Each automation has its own on/off switch in your admin.
